Lesson Policy
Payments
Lessons are offered through lesson packages, which must be paid in advance.
Payment can be made via Wise or Stripe.
Bookings are only confirmed once the payment has been received.
Lesson packs
Packs include a fixed number of lessons (e.g. 5 or 10 sessions).
Each pack has a validity period from the purchase date:
- 5-lesson pack: valid for 6 weeks.
- 10-lesson pack: valid for 10 weeks.
Unused lessons after this period will expire.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows:
- The lesson will be counted as completed.
Availability
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Refunds
Packages are non-refundable once purchased.
